This group of photographs titled "Dreams in Reality" was about the sight of Africa I shot a few years ago. The beautiful natural sights ahead shocked me. But with environmental destructions over the years, all the beautitul things have, or will be gone. Meanwhile, the nature gradually started to fight back in 2019. The pandemic seemed large and powerful. The impeccable human socity immediately became chaotic.
I modified my creation during home quarantine in 2020, showing the different states of Mother Nature through ditterent textures-concreteness, abstraction, strength, gentleness, growth, and destruction, so as to express reverence to Mother Nature while relishing the current lift.
